decent stay at the hotel
smores kit outdoor food station clean condition missing slippers missing water rude service
the hotel gave smores kits to the children. there were outdoor food stations available. conversation areas created a nice atmosphere. i appreciated the clean condition of everything.
the room had no slippers. water was not provided in the room and had to be obtained from the hallway. i found the guest service employees to be rude.

peaceful escape
picnic tables quality food
The resort included beautiful outdoor seating with picnic tables. overhead lights illuminated bocce ball courts. the cafe and restaurant had good food. The quality was notable.
the room overlooked the parking lot! the view detracted from the overall experience, and i wish it had faced the lovely golf course.

The hotel features a large pool and a whirlpool. I noticed a great play area for children. plenty of seating options were available and included table fires for cozy evenings, though not all were optimally placed.

The hotel offers a restaurant and a separate shop for coffee and breakfast. a bar provides additional snack options! the large lounge features a terrace with views over the golf course. This is a welcome spot

stained carpet rude staff
The buffet breakfast had plenty of options and tasted fresh.
My request for a room upgrade as a loyalty member was denied, and they were not even apologetic. The room itself was outdated and the carpet seemed stained. I probably will not stay there in the future.
